This wasn't the correct part to fit my Kymco MXU 250 but couldn't find what I needed anywhere else. This looked close...price was right,so I took a chance. It turned the wrong direction but all I had to do was reverse the teeth in the clutch and I was good to go. Got here fast and works great. If you can't find a starter clutch for your MXU 250-300, this one will work great... just keep track of which direction the teeth need to face. Think before you take it apart & you're good to go.
