The part is fine. My problem is that it didn't fix my problem. I was shooting in the dark when I purchased the CDI being that I am not getting any spark. I noticed a heat sink right next to the CDI unit and I'm wondering if that is sinking heat from a Darlington transistor which may be part of the ignition system. I don't know for sure. So I will be doing some more investigation. I will probably be buying more parts so stand by....

Installed on a Jalon 49cc scooter. Fixed problem and works great. Great price. Would recommend more shipping options, but no big deal. Well satisfied....

CDI was priced reasonable, one week delivery-great job. CDI worked great! Notice: When ordering CDI for your unit, be sure and order the correct CDI! If your engine will not start and run correctly, I found the CDI was the problem. Be sure and order the correct CDI, if you do not, the engine will start and not shut off by ignition switch. This CDI for my 2003 125cc Scooter worked great, Sincerely....

Well it's been awhile and I have worked on many bikes since then, but I do remember the part because it was my scooter. It was cheap enough and easy to install and the shipping was pretty fast. I am still riding the scooter....
