You can't beat this stator for the price! It looks almost exactly like the one I removed out of my Polaris. I removed recoil cover off my bike, pulled flywheel off, unscrewed old stator and disconnected wires, and installed new stator . Bike starts right up and runs nice. This is a bargain at approx. $30. The name brand one goes for $300+ thru atv parts store. I recommend you replace your recoil cover gasket after u install this and seal up the recoil handle opening if you ride in deep water. Also a good idea to put a little sealant around rubber grommet the wires go thru to prevent leakage. My old stator was bone dry even after years of riding in deep water. Stator won't last long if you get them wet. My original one lasted for years until I noticed my lights were flickering and it wasn't recharging my atv battery during long rides. Drive safe!
