it flows good. i made an adapter for a briggs 28 cubic inch "which is a 460cc engine" and it was easily installed. the filter is desined for a 250 and it still had way more flow than the stock air filter settup. they collect alot of dirt too. i wash mine in a washing machine and it comes out like new. i give the filter a 9/10 but the service want good. i dont blame the company realy, i understand that it takes time to get the filters made and shipped....
